YOUR ORDER MAY BE SHIPPED IN DIFFERENT PACKAGES:
If you place a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from a different international warehouse, depending on which one has them available the fastest. Please don't worry if you didn't get all the items at the first package, we must ship other items in other packages.

DELIVERY:
We at Plucky Panda know how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition and on time. So we use a large network of couriers to deliver your products to you as early as possible. Generally, we ship within three business days of your order being placed. Estimated delivery time is between 10 to 15 business days from the shipping date. We work hard to ship your order to you as soon as possible.

LOST PACKAGES:
Oh no!  This is never an ideal situation for any customer and we always try to do our best in assisting the customer to locate their goodies. All of our orders are sent with free insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back or even lost in transit, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. CUSTOMS AND TAXES:
